1) Tell us about Link Custom Homes

Calvin Link, company owner, has a background in development and civil engineering. Calvin is very dedicated to the homes he builds, as it’s his belief that quality takes energy, a meticulous attention to detail, and focus, which is where he excels. 2) How did you come to be involved with McKinley Beach?
When Calvin graduated from Civil Engineering he worked for a local Engineering Consulting Firm as a designer and inspector. That same Consulting Firm worked with the developers on McKinley Beach and a number of the developer’s previous projects. When the opportunity to be part of the only waterfront development of its kind in the Okanagan arose, with a quality developer behind it, we knew we wanted to be part of creating this beautiful and unique community. We are looking forward to building a world-class development that continues to grow and diversify the Okanagan while at the same time working with, and respecting, the beauty of the natural environment found at McKinley Beach.
3) What are your goals for the homes you’re going to be building at McKinley Beach?

We look forward to building and growing McKinley Beach, which has attracted many homeowners to our City of Kelowna.
