The McKinley Beach Sales Team isn’t just a group of real estate professionals. They’re not there to sell you on a property development or convince you that McKinley Beach is the ideal place for you to build a home. They’re a group of unique individuals who believe in the new lakeside community, who understand the value of helping people realize their dream location, and who are dedicated to facilitating the sales process to make it as easy and as streamlined as possible.

Each member of the McKinley Beach Sales Team comes with their own experience and background and we’d like to introduce you to them in today’s blog:

Michel Trembley Michel

Michel is the founder and owner of Luxury Homes Realty Inc. (LHR & CO). Over the last 23 years, as a residential project sales specialist, Michel has held key roles from licensed realtor to managing broker and VP of sales in Canada, USA, and Europe.

Michel recognizes that the McKinley Beach Community has the best the Okanagan has to offer all in one location, so much so that he and his family are building a home there and relocating from the Lower Mission area in 2016.

 

 

 

Sandra Matlock  Sandra

Sandra has worked in sales within a variety of industries, including food service and real estate, for over 20 years. She was born and grew up in the heart of Regina before moving first to Calgary and then to Kelowna in 2004.

Sandra joined the McKinley Beach sales team in Spring 2015 and brought with her a wealth of information and experience. She offers a vast knowledge of Kelowna and the surrounding area, tourism, and family lifestyle and needs.

 

 

 

Rick Poirier Rick

Rick’s story is one of hard work and dedication. Rick owned and operated a grain farm in Southeast Saskatchewan as well as spending many hours in the Oil Fields. He always worked towards his dream of someday moving to the Okanagan Valley.

In 2012, Rick fully realized his dream and relocated with his wife to the Okanagan. He started a career in real Estate and within two short years had achieved the Master Sales Award with Royal LePage Kelowna.

Rick understands the relocation process very well and prides himself in helping people realize their dream location, and is committed to help them every step of the way.
